Prior to the release of their flagship sweetener Fructevia, Steviva Brands gave away samples of the patented stevia based sweetener, to diabetics who were selected from an in-house consumer database of users of Steviva Brands’ original diabetic safe stevia sweetener, Steviva Blend. These diabetic participants tested their blood sugar levels before and after using Fructevia and found that it had no effect on their blood glucose levels. The testimonials that follow are typical responses and gives convincing evidence that Fructevia should be the sweetener of choice for diabetics.
John Cannon, a caretaker for his diabetic father, said, “Fructevia works. Dad now has perfect blood glucose levels. With his pancreas only 80% functional, his waking BG is averaging 112 mg/dl and his before dinner BG averages 95 mg/dl. He has no gastrointestinal problems and no sugar level changes after eating foods sweetened with Fructevia.”
Dr. Jeffrey Fedorko, DC, who has a degree in biochemistry from Juniata College in Huntington, Pennsylvania, a doctorate of chiropractic from National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois specializes in a whole person approach to wellness and regularly treats diabetics. He said, “When combined with a healthy diet and exercise, using Fructevia as your sweetener of choice may help you better control your type II diabetes.”
Thom King, CEO of Steviva Brands, was forthcoming with this research and vows to work closely with customers to receive input regarding product developments. Fructevia, the “good-for-you” sweetener, is different from any other sweetener in the world. It has little to no effect on blood sugar levels, is low glycemic, and cooks and bakes just like sugar.
